Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Policy governs replacements or refunds for products purchased from JbKadaknath Farm. Due to the perishable nature of our products (meat, milk, eggs, supplements), standard return policies do not apply.
By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and FSSAI rules.
2. Classification of Products
2.1 Perishables: Fresh meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and produce. These are time-sensitive and require strict storage.
2.2 Supplements: Moringa powder, capsules, tablets, and gummies, subject to hygiene restrictions once opened.
3. General No-Return Policy
All products are non-returnable after delivery due to food safety, hygiene, and contamination risks. Please verify your order carefully before confirmation.
4. Limited Exceptions
Replacements or refunds may be provided for: Incorrect product delivery, physical damage, spoilage at delivery, tampered packaging, or missing items.
5. Complaint Reporting Window
Issues must be reported within 4 hours of delivery for all perishable items. Late reports will be rejected.
6. Evidence Requirements
Provide your order number, issue description, clear photos of the product/packaging, and video evidence if requested for all claims.
7. Verification Process
All requests are subject to verification via photos, records, and logistics data. The Company’s final decision is binding.
8. Ineligible Situations
No refunds for: failure to refrigerate, improper storage, natural product variations (color/weight), change of mind, taste dislike, or partially consumed items.
9. Supplement Product Policy
Refunds only for incorrect delivery or damage if the package is sealed/unopened. Opened supplements are never returnable.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only permitted before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the products.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
12. Fraud Prevention
We monitor and deny suspicious claims, and may suspend accounts or pursue legal action for fraudulent refund requests or manipulated evidence.
13. Delivery Risk
Customers must ensure availability for delivery and immediate refrigeration. We are not liable for deterioration due to delayed acceptance.
14. Natural Farming Disclaimer
Our products are natural; variations in appearance, texture, or size are inherent characteristics and not defects.
15. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or health reactions due to allergies. Liability is capped at the order value in dispute.
16. Food Safety Compliance
We comply with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006). Post-delivery handling responsibility transfers to the customer.
17. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
