1. Legal Nature of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding electronic contract between JbKadaknath Farm, registered in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 832110, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and any individual or entity accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Company’s website www.jbkadaknathfarm.com, mobile platforms, retail services, or associated digital services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

“User” / “Customer” means any individual accessing or purchasing from the Platform.

“Platform” means the website, online store, digital services, applications, and related services operated by the Company.

“Products” refer to all goods offered by the Company including but not limited to: Goat Milk, Desi Eggs, Desi Chicken, Kadaknath Chicken, Desi Mutton, Moringa Supplements (Powder, Capsules, Tablets, Gummies).

“Order” means a purchase request submitted by the User through the Platform.

“Services” refers to all services offered by the Company including product sales, delivery logistics, customer support, and related digital services.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Binding Agreement

By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes legally valid electronic acceptance under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

To use the Platform or purchase Products: You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders placed by individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements.

7. User Accounts and Registration

Users may be required to create an account. Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and notify the Company of unauthorized access. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

8. Accuracy of Information

Users represent and warrant that all information provided during registration or order placement is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

9. User Responsibilities

All products are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute equivalent products.

13. Natural Variations

Since many products are naturally farmed, variations may occur in weight, color, size, and appearance. Such variations do not constitute product defects.

14. Product Handling and Storage

Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery. Failure to follow proper storage practices may affect quality. The Company is not liable for deterioration due to improper storage.

15. Food Safety and Health Disclaimer

We comply with Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. However, individual dietary reactions may vary; customers with allergies should consult a professional. The Company is not responsible for adverse reactions.

16. Order Placement

Orders placed constitute an offer to purchase. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

17. Right to Reject Orders

Orders may be cancelled due to payment failure, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions. Customers will be notified.

47. Severability

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.

49. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company.

50. Electronic Record

This Agreement constitutes an electronic record under the IT Act, 2000 and does not require physical signature.
